Abu Munir al-Sha'ar

Shaykh Abu Munir is an inheritor of the beautiful Damascene tradition of spirituality and service. He was the companion and personal servant of many righteous scholars of Damascus. He is beloved by scholars, students of knowledge, neighbors, children, and anyone who meets him. His way, like that of his teachers, is of unconditional love, humility, and concern for others.

He has always been doing everything in his capacity to help the people of Sham, but since the liberation of Syria, when it became possible to help the people of Sham, he has redoubled his efforts to feed orphans, widows, disabled persons, and hospital patients, and to help people who are able to work find a way to support themselves.
